Domestic Shipping — India

Kayra Decor ships to all serviceable pin codes across India. We work with trusted third-party courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or on public holidays are processed on the next working business day.

You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: These are estimated delivery windows based on standard courier schedules. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier load, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics disruptions. Kayra Decor does not guarantee delivery on a specific date.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on orders above a minimum order value as indicated at checkout.
  • Orders below the free shipping threshold will have a nominal delivery charge calculated at checkout based on the delivery pin code and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you via email at admin@kayradecor.com or through our order confirmation system. You can use this tracking number directly on the courier partner's website to monitor your shipment in real time.

If you have not received your tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us immediately.

Damaged or Tampered Packaging on Delivery

We take packaging seriously. Every order leaves our warehouse securely packed. However, if your order arrives with visibly damaged, tampered, or open packaging — please do the following:

  1. Do not accept the delivery if the damage appears severe or the package has been opened.
  2. If already accepted, record video/ photograph the damaged packaging and the product immediately before unpacking further.
  3. Email us at admin@kayradecor.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs/video.

Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery or without digital evidence may not be eligible for resolution. We strongly recommend recording a video while opening your parcel for the first time.


Missing or Lost Shipments

In the rare event that your tracking status shows delivery but you have not received your order, please:

  • First verify with other members of your household or your building's security/reception area.
  • Contact the courier partner directly using your tracking number.
  • If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us at admin@kayradecor.com or call us at +91-9999134963, 9310036616 within 48 hours of the marked delivery date.

We will raise a formal investigation with the courier partner on your behalf. Resolution timelines depend on the courier's internal process but we will follow up actively and keep you informed.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Kayra Decor processes and dispatches orders within the committed timeframe. However, once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, the delivery schedule is managed entirely by the third-party logistics provider.

Kayra Decor is not liable for delivery delays caused by:

  • Courier operational backlogs or strikes
  • Natural calamities, floods, or extreme weather events
  • Public holidays or regional shutdowns
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts due to the recipient being unavailable

We will always do our best to assist you in resolving any delivery issue — but we request your understanding that certain factors are genuinely outside our control.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please double-check your delivery address, pin code, and contact number at the time of placing your order. Kayra Decor is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

If you notice an error in your delivery address immediately after placing the order, contact us at admin@kayradecor.com or +91-9999134963, 9310036616  as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been picked up by the courier.


Bulk & Wholesale Orders

For bulk orders placed through our sales channels, shipping timelines and charges may differ from standard retail orders. Our team will communicate the estimated dispatch date and delivery window at the time of order confirmation.
