RETURN POLICY

  • IMPORTANT! Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. Damaged Stencils or issues with the order must be reported to us immediately by emailing us at kayradecorsales@gmail.com (if the customer found a damaged product please claim it / if your claim is genuine Kayra Decor will replace it with a new one) and may be returned for an exact product replacement within 7 days of the order date. 
  • Unopened/unused/undamaged

Within 7 days following the purchase date, unopened/unused/undamaged stencils may be returned in their original packaging with a 10% restocking fee, less shipping fees. After receiving the goods, credit/refund requests will be processed within 5 to 10 days.
