What if I want to cancel or change my order?
We are happy to help if you would like to change your order but please note that order changes, additions, or cancellations are possible ONLY IF we receive your request before your order has been processed/fulfilled.
What are your stencil return policies?
Though we hope you'll be delighted with your purchase, Stencil returns are permitted under the following conditions:
IMPORTANT! As soon as you receive your package, please inspect it.
Within 7 days of the order date, Damaged stencils may be returned for an exact product replacement after being notified to us right away.
Within 7 days of the purchase date, unopened/unused/undamaged stencils may be returned; however, there will be a 10% restocking fee applied, less any transportation costs. After receiving the goods, credit/refund requests will be processed within 5 to 10 days.
Customized products such as roller blinds, wallpaper, and customized stencils are not returnable.
Except in the case of defective goods, Shipping costs are not refundable.
The cost of your Shipping fees is not refundable, and there is a 10% restocking fee on all returns (without an exchange).
